Which tile to pick
Something in Epic? for anything inside Epic: an error, an order that will not go through, a workflow that will not complete, access you should have. Something Broken? for a device or any application other than Epic. Something New? for new access, equipment, or software. Remote Access for the BYOD request. My Items to check a ticket you already submitted.
The Something in Epic? tile is live for the scheduling soft live only until go-live. Until October 24, report Epic problems through Something Broken?.
Since October 24, every Epic problem goes through Something in Epic? so it reaches the Epic support teams directly.
Fill in a phone number and location, pick the affected Epic application, add the MRN or CSN if the form asks, check the urgent box only for patient care, patient safety, or something that stops your work, and paste a screenshot into the description. Step-by-step tip sheet (PDF).
